I really don't know about the products (contents)other than my carpet smells clean and looks very clean! I would like to say that your Website content is excellent, covers all you need to know so you are prepared when the technician arrives. The technician was prompt, explained all services very clearly, listened to my needs and concerns and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient he was! I would like to add that when I mentioned I was having my carpet cleaned to some friends, they asked by whom. When I told them they all made a comment at about how great zerorez is. That was comforting.

You don't use harsh chemicals, they don't smell. Mark was very upbeat, polite, helpful and conscientious. I liked that he first told me everything he was going to do before he got started. He had to work in the rain, and it didn't phase him a bit.
