It was really a great service as Steven took time to explain things about the carpet and what was going to take place. I had a great conversation with Steven as he was great that alone is enough to recommend zerorez to friends. I would want Steven again if I needed my carpet done again in the future. I would and have recommend you to friends and told them to ask for Steven.

They are CLEAN in every sense. I don't feel like there is more junk in my carpets after they are done. Alex was super professional and thorough, and I'd request him personally again :-) He really turned around the carpet issues in this new (rental) townhome we just moved to.
