First of all, Dwayne was a delight. He explained everything clearly, asked and answered questions. Our carpet has never looked as good and it smells wonderful!

This is our 2nd year to hire Zerorez to clean our carpets in our home. The serviceman this year was outstanding in his careful assessments of the cleaning prior to beginning, He had a cheerful attitude, and I SO APPRECIATE the booties that your staff wears. Also I requested a fan for a full 24 hours and you granted my wish. This is why your company will continue to outshine your competition. Go Zerorez!

Pete was excellent when he came back for the redo of some high traffic areas and a few stubborn spots! He had outstanding customer service and went over & beyond to get those areas as clean as possible! He was professional, friendly, helpful and informative about the carpet protector, too! I would highly recommend Zerorez to a friend and hope to have Pete back out to do my rug cleaning jobs in the future!

Jordan and Dominic were the nicest technicians I have ever worked with! We are beyond impressed with how our 12 year old carpet turned out. Our carpet WAS very old and dingy and we were close to throwing it out, but NOW, after the great cleaning it feels brand new! I really do want to commend Jordan and Dominic for being so polite, informative, and all around wonderful. We will definitely use Zerorez for future cleanings and we've already been telling friends and family how impressed and beyond satisfied we are. This was our first time having our carpets professionally cleaned, and it won't be our last! Thank you!!
