Great job on getting our carpets clean and refreshing our home. Our technician Eric B was very courteous and professional and recommended helpful services that improved our cleaning results. He was on-time and completed within timeframe expected.

The service was very good. The technician was very informing on what was being done. I like the product because it does not leave the rug soaking wet and I could tell the rug was clean.

Very professional technician, Reid. Prompt arrival in our window. He had some trouble spots but knew what to do to ensure the job was done completely. Came back later that day to ensure we were 100% satisfied- our main level vents were completely blocked.
