The result of your work is a noticeably cleaner carpet/sofa/duct etc. The benefit of using Zerorez instead of anyone else is the service style of every team member who has ever come to my home(s). No soapy residue, carpets seem very soft after cleaning. The tech was very friendly and professional. I liked the weekend service which allowed flexibility with not having to take vacation to be home on a weekday.

My professional did an outstanding job. My only issue is with your process. I realize that you need a window but handcuffing me without any notice until I call you is not right. I spent over $300 with you and you néed to realize my time is valuable also. Your rep works long hours and also deserves to have someone manage this from the inside. I wasted 3 plus hours waiting. If my window is 3 hours at least you could have told me I was your last appt. of the day. The rep finished at 6:15 and did a great job. In the future work to enhance your customers experience. Thanks.

Came out right away. Did what was promised. Had a nasty stain and really worked hard on it. I think it is gone. I am going to be out of town during the 30 days guarantee time period and you willingly extended my 30 days to report a problem with my stain until I got home.
