Simply put, it works! My carpet was a disgusting mess from traffic, foster dogs that weren't fully housebroken, and who knows what else. When he was done, the carpet looked almost like it did when we moved in.

The service was beyond excellent. Juan did a fantastic job. Our carpeting is 20+ years old and had never been cleaned before. We had a new bathroom installed a few years ago and the carpet on the stairs took a real beating and was extremely dirty. We really thought we were going to have to replace it, but we thought we'd have it cleaned first and see how that would turn out. Well, we are so happy with the results. We keep looking at the edges of the stairs and can't believe that those areas were salvageable. The carpet looks new. It's soft and the carpet even smells clean. Juan was very professional and said he wanted us to be happy with the results and to get in touch if we had any concerns. We are extremely happy. Thank you. We highly recommend Zerorez.
