The service was amazing! Caleb did an excellent job. I had a lot of pet urine odors due to my two dogs under great stress right after the death of my husband. I can still smell some urine in the dining room where most of the dogs accidents have occurred. Caleb worked really hard to eliminate the smells. Unfortunately, I can still smell it. It isn't anything he didn't do...it is just the result of the damage that the dogs have done to the carpet. I may have to have the pad replaced afterall. I would highly recommend Zerorez...great company and great service.
