I appreciated the very gracious service providers who came to our home. They did a good job of communicating with me about what they were going to do and what to expect. There was a large stain in the living room rug that previous cleaners had not been able to get out. I told the young man who was here that I really didn't expect it to come out. Well, it is looking A LOT BETTER!! It is still there, but is substantially better.
