the technician did a great job . He took his time and really cleaned the carpet well.

PLease check that I wrote the correct amount on my check..I have a question if I made it out correctly. Supposed to be 223.00 I think I wrote 232.00 Please let me know.

Zero respect products did a great job of cleaning our basement carpet that had a number of stains from dog urine. The spots are gone and did not return when the carpet dried. Jordan, the gentleman who did the service, was very professional and gave us thorough information on our cleaning options so that we could make a good decision for our purposes. We are very satisfied.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpeting on our stairs and landing is old and beige. With dogs and family, it has been "lived on". We have treated individual spots ourselves with less than perfect results. Our expectations were low because of this, but Ryan and Zerorez proved us wrong. After Ryan treated and cleaned the carpet, it looked "almost new". Not bad for a 15 year old carpet with high traffic and dogs and all that goes along with animals!
He also cleaned several area rugs with excellent results.
We will certainly recommend Zerorez AND RYAN to others!!
