The cleaning of my rugs was outstanding. The friendy, professional staff make the experience so much better. peter is such a good looking well mannered man. I would whole heartedly recommend the cleaning process to almost anyone. The reason I am not giving a 10 out of 10 rating is as follows. I purchased my rug from an Arabic looking person who had a small beard dyed red and deep purposeful green eyes. He gave me a string of magic words that would empower my rug to fly. I have been using this rug to run errands around town, and the savings on gas were tremendous. However, it seems that the cleaning has dissipated these extraordinary powers to the point that the rug will barely levitate half an inch off the ground. I do not fault the cleaning staff as I did not point this out before hand, and the rug, itself, is very clean. But until the flying powers are restored, I will remain somewhat disappointed and will not recommend your process to anyone who owns a similar rug.
