Very efficient and professional team of two. In and out in just over an hour. Estimate upon arrival and no nonsense although they did offer some type of extra restorative ser vice at $30 per area which we declined. Good up-selling on the part of Zerorez crew.
Neat appearing crew and very nice to deal with. Eric and Jaime I think.

Plan to use Zerorez again for more carpeted areas including stairs, landing and bedroom on main level.
Met all of our expectations including price. Crew also shared MSDS data when I asked about chemicals used.

Scott Lloyd, your technician, was very competent and did an excellent job. He was kind and considerate, and explained everything about the process and pricing as he went along. There is no residue left on the carpets and no odor. Feels very clean and fresh. LOVE IT!
