Great job on carpets and customer service- the guy that came out to do the cleaning was very friendly, approachable and respectful of our house/furniture while he did the cleaning. The only reason why I rated a 9 instead of a 10 was I thought pricing seemed a little high-but overall am glad with how the carpets turned out.
