Zerorez cleaned my entire home. Zerorez was friendly, thorough and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. The field personnel Steve and Rob were awesome. A few days after the initial service, a stain reappeared and Zerorez was happy to return to my home and take care of that stain! My carpets look fantastic. A+++++ for service and value.

The oil from a machine shop can get imbedded very deeply into the carpets in the front offices. The carpets came out better than expected. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Very nice person to work with.

What do you like about our products and services?

My first Zerorez experience was carpet cleaning provided by your serviceman, Gabriel. He was professional, conscientious, and pointed out your other services of which I scheduled vent cleaning for my home. Gabriel's service rating is definitely a TEN. The service provided by Gabriel and Zerorez prompted me to share my incredible experience with two friends who either already have or will be scheduling for their carpet cleaning needs.

Reed was the service tech who did the vent cleaning for me. As will Gabriel, Reed gets a TEN satisfaction rating. Positively wonderful experience with Reed and results with the vents. I plan to contact Zerorez for a quote for our church vents as I am on the board and there has been discussion some time ago regarding this need. BTW, the board discussion prompted a high interest from another board member who will be contacting Zerorez for a quote for her home vents.

And if I may add yet another comment. Both Gabriel & Reed sang high praises of Zerorez as an employer. Having been in the corporate world myself for 40+ years, I realize happy, energized employees are a rare commodity in today's workplace. Spreading the Zerorez praises is my pleasure definitely. Maybe I just feel it's easier sometimes to satisfy a customer than an employee and Z accomplished both. You hit it out of the park in every area. Thank you for this opportunity.

Jeff was awesome. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and took care of all my needs. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and I felt like he was a good friend, not just someone he was providing a service for. The carpets and tile turned out awesome with no sticky residue or leftover gunk. I am completely satisfied with my decision to choose Zerorez.
