The carpet looks so nice. There was a real bad spot. I wish I would of taken a picture before and after. It was amazing. The guy that came was so pleasant and kind. McCabe was the best!!!!!

The service guy was great....he went above and beyond. Our carpet looks great- however I still think the carpet has an odor.Guess I thought that would go away after the carpets were cleaned. There is one area that was really well worn that I don't ever expect to be free of odor but there are areas that shouldn't smell.....not sure what to do. But bottom line is the service was GREAT and the tech was friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, I've already told probably 5 people at work how spot free the carpet is.
