The technicians (Chris and Michael) were professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and pleasant. I appreciated their willingness to explain their services and offer recommendations for my needs. The worked a very long day, doing both tile and carpet, in my entire home. I couldn't have asked for better results!

The technician was wonderful and very professional. He brought really gross carpeting back to life. I really appreciated the person on the phone this year who worked with me regarding the special-- last year I cancelled because of cost.
