I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very happy! This last time I called last minute because our dog had gotten sick through the night and our bedroom carpet was almost destroyed. You were able to get us in that day, and our technician that came out was wonderful! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable! And our carpet looks new!

What do you like about our products and services?

PRODUCTS ARE GREAT.The generic response needs to be specific ! We had to call two times to make sure that what we were getting done - bulb replacement - was all. The first time you made it seem like we were getting our carpets done,they next time you wanted us to make sure we vacuumed our carpeting.

Some clients may not come back if they went through what we went through.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very accommodating to my schedule and to contacting me 30=45 minutes before arriving which allows me time to commute from work. Floors look great and stay looking good for months. Environmentally friendly -no use of soaps.

U carpet got clean and the spots never came back. I've had other cleaners and the spots alwAys came back. I had my furniture cleaned and it looks greatest. A job well done. Thanks.

No harsh chemicals! Good for my cats :) And, the carpet is amazing after it is clean. Despite it being older carpet, I feel like it is inviting and fresh after getting it cleaned.
