The Gentlemen that came to clean the carpets were fast, efficient and friendly. They did a VERY good job on the cleaning end and explained what they were going to do from start to finish. And of course, the carpet looks great - didn't want to walk on it after it dried it looked so good! Ryan Emberland was one of the technicians and he was fantastic. I would use your company again and wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to you. My apologies for taking so long to get this feedback done; working two jobs takes up a lot of my time. Carpet felt clean & free of detergents - didn't "crunch" when it dried down. The associate who performed the work, Jamie (sp?) was polite, professional & efficient - you could not have had a better rep for your company. The whole experience felt cooperative & reasonable. I compared pricing & service with "American Rug," "Stanley Steamer," and "Coit." Combined with the referrals I had, I would highly recommend Zerorez.

We had some difficult stains that another service had not been able to remove. Mark worked really hard on them and today the are gone. We also have dogs who are gifted at leaving leaving their marks. We are 100% satisfied and will never call anyone else. And to Mark THANK YOU !!!!
