Our service rep, Derek, was friendly and professional. He explained the cleaning process clearly, worked hard and give us a beautifully clean, fresh smelling carpet. I will recommend Zerorez to everyone.

Our carpet has been cleaned twice before with Zerorez but this time the stains didn't come back a few days later like the last time, even though our carpet is 17 years old. Also it just seems cleaner than the chemical smells that come from other companies.

My carpets looked awesome, and when the tech explained about biochemicals with my puppy thinking the carpet was her bathroom - it was nice to know something was breaking that down rather than just rinsing it.

Jon was also very nice -- great customer service, took the time to explain everything. I also have two small dogs and always worry how service people will react to my dogs, but Jon was great with them.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like not using chemicals to clean the carpet. We have a dog and I am glad that this system is pet friendly. The carpets are very clean and there are no odors. We are happy with the end result! I also like that every technician we have talked with will provide information on their services but there is no high pressure of trying to sell you more services.
