Great product, excellent service & carpets look great
This is the best service we have had from Zerorez. This tech was able to get out stains the previous techs were unable to get out. The carpet has never looked better and there was no residue or after smell from the clean as there has been in the past with Zerorez. I will request this tech for future carpet cleaning appointments.
The person that did the job was very nice and efficient. The products worked excellent and I was very pleased with the removal of the stains.

Air duct cleaning was something that I really needed to get done. Scheduling was flexible and easy to do. Customer Service Rep was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions. The service tech was polite and even showed up early! I liked that he took photos and videos of the work he did.
There were 3 problem areas that needed to be redone. The largest stain is perfect, and the other 2 weren't completely gone, but we are very satisfied.
