Quality of cleaning services

Service was exactly as promised, he showed up on time, did the job as described, and there were no surprise costs.

after a 2 and half hour wait tec came in asked if he could remove a stain he tried for about 2 miniutes and then proceeded to clean the front room he spent no more then twenty minutues on the job at that rate your hourly rate came to $450.00 for 175sq feet

The second cleaning was much better than the first. Operator was much more attentive to the issues when I was able to be there. Shouldn't have taken two times to get the desired result; but thank you for sending him out again to resolve the matter.

I really appreciated that you were on time, worked fast, went the extra mile in cleaning under the furniture. It was great!

I love that chemicals are not used. The carpet is clean with no residue. This is by far the best carpet cleaning, we never are even tempted to use someone else!

service great but a couple of spots didn't clean.

NO residue! Previously, when I had carpets cleaned, they looked great the first week then old stains started appearing again and the "clean" didn't stay that way for long. I have not experienced any of that with Zerorez.

I like the overall product, the quick way it dries, but the whole thing boils
down to the technician. We have used Robert Keith before and I would highly
recommend him to everyone. He is a honest, very hard working, trustworthy
gentleman who I believe is genuinely interested in MY happiness. My carpets
have never looked better since Robert has been taking care of us. Zerorez and
Robert are our only carpet and upholstery cleaning source as far as we are concerned.
5 stars + Zerorez and Robert!!!!!!

My carpet is so clean with absolutely no smell, etc because it is all water.
I was ready to replace my carpet with wood floors but now it looks brand new with no need to replace.
