I have used Zerorez for several years now. Their technicians are knowledgeable and most helpful. We have had Jeff for the last 2 years and he is easy to work with and helps with scheduling.
George was a great technician. He called me twice to update me on his arrival time, and showed up on time. He was very careful around furniture that couldn't be moved.
My carpets look great, and they dried very quickly! I love that they don't use chemicals, and would definitely refer them and use them again!

The mattress cleaning was good. The carpets seem dirtier than before. I've went over it 3x with my Bissell and I'm still pulling dark water. Id like a refund for the carpet cleaning.

You did a great job of completely removing pet stains that another carpet cleaning service had actually made worse. Only one spot still is slightly visible, apparently because the other cleaning pet service returned and, in an attempt to fix the problem, made another application it left behind that yellowed the carpet.
I was extremely happy with the the technician (Brandon), the care taken around my house and furniture, and the results. The carpet looks amazing again. Many thanks to Zero red AND Brandon.
