The gentleman who cleaned was very polite,efficient and honest. My carpets and bathroom tile floor look great. My sofa was left with some water stains. To be fair, it is an old sofa with 100% cotton fabric. It was pointed out to me that some older dirt stains wouldn't come out, which made sense. But it would have helped to know about the likelihood of water stains.
Zerorez was able to get carpets and couches clean without removing them. The particular tech (Dennis) was very capable, did not cut corners, and was a "normal" nice guy - not creepy - which is important when you invite a stranger into your home.
No chemicals and stairs cleaned up great, thank you!

The worst carpet cleaner company I have ever used to put it mildly! I was also given a quote over the phone to glean my area rug which I was told $80.00 dollars plus $15.00 dollars for the trip to my residence which I've never heard of a company doing that but but I figured my daughter recommend to me I think anything about it! I was never told by the rep I spoke with that I was going to be charge to move the furniture either! In fact she told me it was included in the total price! I'd payed $172.00 dollars to have my area rug cleaned! I woould not had cared if my area rug would of been spotless but it still looks as bad as it was before it was cleaned! Needless to say, I will never use your company nor recommend to anyone! I will also put this review on Yelp so people stop getting rip off like I did!

The carpet cleaning was fine, but the tile was not cleaned. The technician said he could not clean the tile as it required the wax be striped before the floor was cleaned, and that would need to be scheduled for another day. The issue of wax was not mentioned when I scheduled the appointment so I was surprised and disappointed that the job could not be completed as requested. Also, I have not used wax on my tile floor and could not have anticipated that this would be a problem. This issue should be explained up front and not sprung on the customer the day of service. I will not use Zerorez for my hard surface cleaning in the future.
My carpets now look great! I was not satisfied the first time but Zerorez stood by their cleaning promise.

The service tech was very friendly and I liked that he asked me to look over the carpet and tile areas after he cleaned them. When asked to go over certain areas a little more thoroughly, he did so immediately and without hesitation. Our grout looked amazing afterwards!
WOW is all I can say. We've been in this place 5 months and the carpet literally looked trashed!!! Your process and Gil gave it a new life. I've never seen ONE guy work his azz off like this guy did and boy does it show it!!!!

I just wanted to send a quick note to share how impressed I was with the Zerorez tech, Dennis. He did an exceptional job cleaning some kitchen chairs that I thought were ready for the trash bin, AND cleaned the carpet to perfection. I have been using zerorez for many years (first heard about you on KFI) with satisfaction, and this last service just reinforced my belief in your product. And although I think all of the technicians have been good, I will request Dennis for my next service.

The carpets get very clean, soft and dry within a day. Robert Keith did the best job so far. My carpets have never been cleaner.

I had a problem with some stains that were on the edge of my carpet, where the tile had been cleaned. Eric (from Zerorez)called me back, sent out someone (Dennis) to take care of the problem. My carpet and tile look like new... Excellent customer service! Thanks so much Dennis for doing a GREAT JOB !!!
