Gil cleaned our carpet to near new. It looks amazing. I couldn't have been happier with the results. He was extremely professional and effective.
And I love that there were no chemicals involved. I will and already have been tecommending your company and Gil to my friends and family.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not willing to go a little extra...such as request to clean inside foot or two of the doorway that was adjacent to paid room.
not willing to assist in putting Styrofoam under legs of furniture.
Should have let me know prior to arrival that Zerorez truck did not have water and ask to use mine.
Will request different technician in future as have had better service with others in the past.

My carpet was effectively cleaned and there was no chemical residue to be concerned about.
Your technician showed up on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and exercised care around my house to do his job and not damage any of my household items. He completed a great job in a reasonable amount of time.

Professional staff from setting the appointment, to the personnel that did the work. They showed up on time, were polite and efficient, did their best to stay out of the way of our staff, and the carpet looked great when they were done.
