I like the fact that there are no chemicals. Your technician was professional and answered all of our questions. Our carpets look great!
I liked the technician that came to clean the carpet. On time and very truthful with me regarding the condition of the carpet. He made no promises and I respect that. I am aware the carpet needs to be replaced, but did not want to replace until next year. He did his best and so far so good. I have already told many people to give your company a try. It was Sal that did out carpets and I discussed having our living room, dining and family room carpet cleaned beginning of October. When I call to make the appointment I will mention that I would like to have Sal do the cleaning. This is a much better carpet and it was very expensive and not in horrible condition.
Your technician was very courteous and professional. He did a very good job. We were very pleased with our floors. This is our second successful experience with your service. We would certainly recommend Zerorez.

Thank you "Larry" for doing such a great job on our carpets and tile! We will definitely use ZEROREZ for all our future flooring needs. The carpet at are stairs is always our worst traffic area and such an eye sore. We have had many different carpet cleaners attempt to clean it in the past 12 years and never got it as nice as ZEROREZ. ZEROREZ made it look brandnew again! WOW!

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning services I received this week. The carpet cleaners were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. My carpets look great and the few spots I had are gone. Thanks for doing a great job.
Our carpets are 20 years old. A few years ago we were considering replacing them but decided to try Zerorez. We were amazed at how good they looked following your cleaning and we have continued to use you ever since. They still look new. We will never use the old carpet cleaning technologies again.

Larry did an amazing job on my silk sofa. He warned me that it was silk and hard to clean
but I said if it didn't come clean I would have to throw it away and I was very sad about that. It was very expensive when I bought it. He cleaned it and it turned out beautiful.
He also cleaned my white sofa and it was beautiful after he was done. Then he came back
another day because I forgot the foot stool that was in another room. He did that
without charging and that was a special bonus. Thank you very much to Larry and to your
company.

Sal is very nice and competent
I like that I can depend on the appointment time. I am pleased the technician handles my carpet with care and is careful around the furniture I cannot move. I like that the product is clean and leaves no residue on my carpet.
