I just want to give special recognition to our technician!! 6 months ago I had bumped my hand against a cabinet and dislodged my 2 carat center stone Diamond on my wedding ring! My husband and I scoured the carpets for hours trying to find the diamond. We were heartbroken that we never could find it. Now, we have had the carpets cleaned AFTER this and it never turned up. Yet, last week when our tech was suctioning the water out of our carpets HE FOUND IT!! The strength of zero rez's machines released the diamond from it fiber bound grave!! He was so honest he IMMEDIATELY came up to my husband and told him what he found. We were ELATED!! It is so refreshing to know that there ARE honest and decent people left in this world AND that they work for our favorite carpet cleaning service!

Clean, quick, personable associate. I would suggest that your company advise customers that if they have higher end carpet there is a possibility/probability that there will be large raised areas in the carpet until it dries. Ours did and we were upset until we call to get the information. When we woke up this morning no humps.

There is an inconsistency in the willingness of Zerorez staff to relocate small pieces of furniture from which all homeowner items have been removed and how to handle furniture which may leave a stain on wet carpet. I have used Zerorez twice in the last 6 months - one staff member couldn't have been more helpful and came prepared to clean the entire area followed by elevatating furniture on foam blocks; the other just wanted to vacuum around the furniture with the comment that the stain might bleed out onto the wet carpet. I requested that the carpeting be cleaned and supplied foam blocks which had been saved from the previous cleaning.
ROBERT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS DEDICATION TO THE COSTUMER AND SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROBERT TO EVERYONE!

As a survey, this is far too limited. I don't believe it is helpful to you or to your customers to limit the actual questions in this manner. I liked Sal and would use him again.
I will probably use Zerorez again but may do some research to make sure that I would want your company to do my Persian rugs. I am an old H&C customer and would want to know that your company had his level of expertise and customer service.
Second time I have used zerorez; the first time, although more expensive, carpets were cleaner and lasted longer. Have subsequently tried two other companies, not as good.
Everything was easy I appreciated the quick appointment, the email prior, the tech calling before arrival and the finished product. I'll be a return customer for sure!
It gets everything very clean....LOVE U GUYS!!!
The carpets look like new and stay clean for a long time because there is not residue to attract dirt. The dry time is very short. And most importantly, your service is outstanding. You call to confirm your appointment, the service technician calls to let me know he is on his way, and your service technician, Sal, was extremely kind and professional. He did a wonderful job and was a joy to meet.

Perhaps Zerorez could give better deals to families. Your service is excellent and I totally love your company however your prices are very high so I am only able to use your company every couple of years.
