I was new to Zerorez, having heard the ad on the radio. We have brick floors and the grout, in spite of trying multiple products and purchasing steam cleaning machines, just looked unsanitary. The results from using Zerorez were astounding! My brick grout looks like new! Jose, the technician, was neatly dressed and competently educated me throughout the process. He is an asset to your company and I will request him again. Thank you for being as good as you advertise!

Person planning to let workers in and pay for the service had to be somewhere else. I had been told there would be a phone call prior to arrival. My job was first of the day. I called several days in advance to be sure of timely arrival. I gave phone number of person opening door and paying so she could be alerted. Now, please call to arrange for payment. Probably our last one.

Our carpet is still filthy and smells like the previous owners' dog. We either want our carpet cleaned again (to remove the smell and dirt this time) for no charge or refund us our money so we can hire someone else.
Robert, the Zerorez technian who came to my house, did an outstanding job in cleaning the floor tiles on three different levels. In the master bath shower area, there were years of soap build-up that was difficult to remove by hand. With the Zerorez process, he was able to remove the majority of the build-up and improve the appearance of the shower tiles. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and great customer service. Before proceeding with the job, he explained the cost, amount of time, and process. The floor tiles look great!
I had to have another tech come out, the first person did not do the underneath part of my couch cushions and they missed a part of my carpet. I also found out from the new tech that we were overcharged for our couch cleaning.

He was attentive to questions and concerns, and cleaned carpets VERY thoroughly (not just a quick single sweep (as most of your staff do). I would recommend Zerorez to other customers ONLY if I could guarantee Marcel's appearance!

You are so expensive, wish you could work on that... I have a small house 800 square feet of carpet and you are only doing the walking areas and charge $300+..... That seems a little tidicilous... However carpets clean up well and service is nice!
