My technician was courteous professional and went the extra mile to ensure our service was as expected.

I will add that I was disappointed in the preconditioner product change between my last zerorez cleaning and this current cleaning.

My service tech was really nice and did a great job. He threw in a last minute spot I wanted done for free, was really respectful and wore clean booties in the house. I had a cat pee problem. It is unfortunately not completely gone, but it is much better. Thank you.

What could we do to improve?

Normally, I am very happy with your service. This time, My Dining room rug was completely discolored by the cleaning- It turned orange. When I called, everyone was very helpful and the technician came back and we realized he needed to take the rug. I appreciated his promptness, as well as his ability to return the rug on a holiday but I was disappointed that it happened at all. It looks basically back to normal now, and I will still call you in the future but I was not happy with what happened.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpets were wet for a longer time than stated. My living room was wet for 4 days. Some spots came back after carpet dried. I had Zerorez 2 years ago and was 100 % satisfied. This time not so much. Name removed
