Technician was not prepared with functioning equipment and took two days to do job, then left tile floor wet with dirty water.

Very easy and reliable to work with but most importantly, our carpets are thoroughly clean now. The service person was very efficient and willing to work with our needs.

Clean the edges of the tile. I was told it was still wet but 24 hours later it still looks dirty/dark compared to the rest

Overall the carpet looks better. But, the spots came back the same night we got it cleaned. The spots in the high traffic area had not changed much. Also a residue was left in the carpet. The carpet is stiff instead of soft.

I scheduled my carpet cleaning on a Friday morning. I told the scheduler that I had a big party on Sunday afternoon and she assured me the carpets would be dry. They were soaked in some areas. He cleaned the hall entry extra because I asked him to so maybe that's why it was so wet but it turned orange. I don't know why. Aside from the very wet rugs and the brown entry way the rest of the carpets look and smell very good and the technician was very thorough and very nice.

Brian did a great job cleaning our carpet, however, the grout and travertine tile did not meet our expectation.

The cleaning system cleaned our white carpets superbly and the service tech was extremely professional and also did an outstanding job. A few pieces of our furniture had to be moved that we were not able to move ourselves, otherwise he put styrofoam pieces under furniture so the carpet dried properly. It was a great experience from the time I booked the appointment until the carpets were done being cleaned. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!!
