I like the way it cleans and doesn't leave soap on the rug that picks up more dirt.

GETS THE CARPET CLEANER THAN OTHERS I HAVE USED IN THE PAST. THE TECH WAS THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WORKED VERY HARD AND DIDN'T SKIMP OR RUSH. HIS NAME IS ROBERT.
Carpets were cleaned as advertised. Technician arrived on schedule and finished in less than 2 hours. We will call Zerorez again next year.

I liked the fact that Eduardo was very punctual. It didn't make any difference in my schedule, but it gives me added respect for the company. He did an excellent job. Only time can tell how much better it is than my past carpet cleaner. The only negative was that it took the carpet longer to dry.

We try to eliminate as many chemicals in our home and Zerorez helps us accomplish that.
Was suppose to be done in 3 hours and it took 5 hours! I had to get ready for a dinner date I gave him my check for $400 so I could get ready and I came out of my room to find the front door wide open and he was gone. I told him if he finished before I came back down from getting ready for dinner to just shut the front door that had his hose going through we he finished.
