One of the main services we requested (and were charged for!) was not completed. Our patio furniture pads were not cleaned and that was part of the service we paid for. It's even listed on the invoice I was emailed after the service was completed.

We were out of town and left a check for the technician. I expect to have the resolved as early as possible this week.

I had an area rug cleaned, and it didn't look clean. It still has a dark spot that should have come out much lighter. I had a beverage stain that occurred a week earlier and it was still darker but I really didn't know how it would come out
