We were very happy with your service technician, Brett. He came out to my father's house last month. He was very polite and did a great job for him! When it was time to get my carpets and bathroom tile grout cleaned, I requested Brett again. He did a great job for us, too!! The carpets and tile look pretty close to "new."

There is a coffee stain that was lightened after cleaning but still quite visible. I called your office to see if anything could be done about it, since you were highly recommended for doing the best job. We scheduled another visit with the technician who called me prior to the appointment and told me that there was nothing he could do about the stain. So he did not return and I have to try to remove it myself. I paid $279 and expected a cleaner carpet as well as some sort of satisfaction guarantee from your company.
Brett was very informative, professional, and thorough. The floors look great and I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Really good cleaning with no chemical smell
He arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. I heard about Zerorez from Warren Eckstein on his Saturday morning pet show. He recommended it highly. The first time I used Zerorez I commented on how Warren was so happy with the service. It was a Saturday morning and I was listening to the program. He was raving about how good Zerorez was just as the technician was getting his gear in. It was just at the right time. I would advise any of my friends to use Zerorez.

He was patient and thorough and quickly put me at ease. I will use this service again and will request this technician by name if possible.

I was very pleased with the two men who came yesterday from Zerorez. They were efficient, quiet and very mannerly. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and neighbors. I was so happy with the last time I had the carpets cleaned by Zerorez that is why I chose them again.
We have Zerorez clean our carpets every 6 months. They do an outstanding job and we'll continue to use them in the future. We had them clean on August 12 and about a week later our dog threw up on the carpet. We called them the next week and they were able to get the stain out. Thank you!

My 14 year old white carpet cleaned up like new. There were several stains that I was sure wouldn't come up but did. Very impressed with the service of my technician and his confidence in the cleaning methodology. I would use and recommend Zerorez again.
I feel like my carpet is really clean. This last time it was pretty soiled and Eduardo got it looking good. The carpet is 20 years old but once it is cleaned it looks a lot newer (yes, there are some of the stubborn traffic patters you would expect on an old carpet, but he did a great job. Very nice man, very polite.
