Technician was very friendly. Arrived on time. Worked very hard to get all of the carpet. Provided the foam blocks so we could put the furniture back. Took away our area rugs to be cleaned offsite. All around good experience.

I was able to get someone out to my house the next day, the service provider was professional, friendly and thorough. I liked that he was able to get the residue from a previous cleaning out of the carpet and leave it very clean.

Brian was very patient as he waited for me to wrangle my 2 cats outside so he could get started. Once they were out of the way, he explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. Afterwards he offered foam blocks for a particularly large table that I needed back in place before the carpet would have time to fully dry. He also left extra booties for the other people in my home without me having to ask. He gave me tips on how to keep my carpet in the best shape possible too. Over all a great experience, thank you!
