The people and the result
The Tech that came to our house was helpful and professional in his appearance and demeanor. He did a Great Job and the carpet was expertly cleaned. I opted to get the stain repellent and hope this extends the cleaning.

Make certain that if the tech damages something that he tells the homeowner right away. Be sure that the small plastic square go under all the wood furniture so the wood does not stain the carpet.

My technician was more than an hour late, so I had to reschedule for the next day. And then that technician was also more than an hour late. While my carpets feel softer, they still smell slightly like the previous house owner's dog. The pet smell, which isn't even that strong, was my main concern and it's still here. I paid almost $400 dollars to get my carpets clean. If you're going to charge so much more than your competitors you'd think that you'd a) be on time and b) do a good job to take care of a customer's main concern.

Carpets stay cleaner longer without a residue
Zero rez works. The technicians are always professional and do a thorough job. They always arrive
within the appointed time. I've never had any 'issues'; I actually think of the carpet cleaning as a present
for myself.
The technician explained everything that he was doing. He did a very good job cleaning my carpets, rugs and furniture.
My carpet is the super cheap apartment carpeting and is at least 15 yrs old (and a very light color).
It has wrinkles and is now getting bald spots. It had a terrible smell from someone that attempted to clean the carpet but had left so much detergent and water in it that it still wasn't completely dry a week later when your technician came.
Even in it's terrible condition, the carpet is cleaner than when we moved in 12 yrs ago. The smell is gone. I am REALLY happy with your services!!!

Compared to other carpet cleaning services in the past whom have left our carpet soggy upoon departure, ZEROREZ has minimal dampness and our carpet is usually completly dry withiin 3 hours after service.

Tech was very professional. I had scheduled for carpets and hardwood floors but the tech looked at the hardwood and felt the cleaning/buffing would not improve the look and what we were currently doing was a similar process. We decided on only doing the carpet.
