Tech did a fabulous job - our best Zero Rez cleaning so far!

I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance to get the time that I needed. I made sure I had my morning free of business appointments since my appointment window was 11a-1p. At only an hour from my window, the scheduler calls me to tell me he will not arrive till the window of 2-4pm because the technician scheduled was running over from the prior job. Unacceptable. I too am a business person with a schedule to maintain. In addition, I spent hours clearing my floors and finding parking across the street from the beach--both difficult tasks. I had to ask if they could send another technician, but they told me they had no one. I cancelled and was intending never to use Zerorez again; however, the technician called and apologies and said he would be to my home by 2pm. Because of him, I agreed to the appointment; however, I asked him if he would contact the office to let them know and he stated he would. In the meantime, the scheduling person called to tell him I cancelled and he did not think to tell her the time he talked to me. So I sat at home waiting, after postponing my doctor appointment twice all for no one to show up at 2pm, no one at 3pm. I called the scheduler and she acted like I was crazy initially....because she was never informed that I thought I had rescheduled with the technician and was still waiting for him. I had to put most of the items back in place and re-do again the next day. The technician showed up on time the next day. I was very impressed with the tile cleaning, as the grout looks new. However, the wood floor cleaning was subpar and very disappointing. I had to show him hazy spots that were not there prior to his cleaning. He did re-do everyplace that I saw, however, there are several that I missed and now I will have to get down and scrub. I did not intend to pay hundreds of dollars to redo my wood. I truly expected more. My apartment is one of several units and I would have intended to use your company for my commercial building and my vacation rental but this put a sour taste in my mouth.
Your product leaves our carpets absolutely fresh and clean!! Because we call you twice a year, our carpets have remained in excellent condition and still look new, after 10 years. The guy who comes out to our home, Daniel, does a great job!
The system you used to clean our carpets was more effective than other companies, and Brett Spence, our technician, was courteous and quite professional. One thing we didn't ask Brett was do you provide any spot remover for difficult stains? Let us know. Thanks.

definite changes in scheduling, not for the better. seem to lag in return call time and hard pressed to get a live person when calling in.
The carpet had all of the stains removed as promised. There were some pet markings and spots and they are all gone now.

I want to let u know your employee did very good job on our carpets..He had mechanical problems with the truck..It wouldnt start for some time then when it did the idle was irregular and it would die..He called office and was told to jiggle some wires and call mechanic, which he did and left 2 messages with no return call..I was able to help him and we finally got truck running so he could clean our carpets..

I like the confirmations, the phone call from the tech when he's on his way, I liked the friendliness of each representative I spoke with, and I liked that my carpets were cleaned well and the spills were carefully tended to. Good job and good product.

Like that there is it is free of soap products and soap residue (at least that is what I was told) hope that is true and that is what your name stands for. zerorez The tech calls a day before to confirm appointment and calls when on the way to your home. The tech is knowledgeable and service is good. Promotion is a bit misleading as it was promoted at $199 but then it was another $94 for special water needed for my carpeting. I think I should have been told about this. What good is cleaning the carpeting without the necessary cleaning products??? Shame.
