My carpets and tile floors are so clean they look like new! I love Zerorez and have been using them for years. Everthing dries fast and stays clean longer with the protective treatment I have Zerorez put on the carpets & tile floors.

Whatever the products are, they seem to have done a very good job removing the dirt and stains. Daniel (not sure I got his name right) did a great job, carefully and methodically covering every part of my love seats and carpet perfectly. It's given my house a newly refreshed look again.

I would use you more often during the year, but you are too expensive compared to other local cleaners. Our 3 rug areas are quite small and even with a gift certificate our bill was around $200 including a set of stairs. Also I resent the water disposal charge - just another add-on.
Our carpets come clean - and they stay that way. Hats off to the techs who have worked at our home. They know their stuff, they're pleasant, and they really seem committed to customer satisfaction.
