I didn't know my carpet was that much white, hahaha!! And my rooms are much brighter now! Service was wonderful and very professional. You guys were recommended by my husband and he told me you were number one and I believe him now!

I had never tried Zerorez to clean before.
All I can say is that I was so impressed and
pleasantly surprised. Jonathan, your service
Rep was not only informative, positive and
dilegent but was so proud of his work!

My carpets were really, really dirty due to kids,
my dog and everything in between but Jonathan
assured me I had nothing to worry about and it
was so true! They are like new!

I'd reccommend Zerorez and Jonathan to any of
friends and I'm going to get him back to clean
my kitchen and bathroom tiles, wood floors,

you treated!

What do you like about our products and services?

Technicians are always prompt, friendly, and do an excellent job. Daniel was here last week, and was so personable and did a great job of cleaning our carpets. We've been using Zerorez for years and will continue to do so. Love those $50 off coupons!!

All around great service. Your technician Sal was on time friendly, knowledgable, efficient and extremely neat. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the products he was using and made suggestions and recommendations on cleaning a particular item. Best of all the carpets came out beyond my expectations. Won't hesitate to use you again.

Prompt (email confirmation/voice mails re: services upcoming and/or confirmed), courteous, attention to detail. As I talked with Robert (technician/specialist), I mentioned how much I noticed and liked Eric's marketing for Zerorez! An easy read. Short. Precise and to the point. What's not to like about Zerorez. . . this is my 3rd time for service and I have referred this service out to my friends/family.

Carpet cleaner was professional and worked with us to move furniture and other items. Went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. Was personable and friendly. We have used Zerorez for years with really good results. This gentleman was probably our best. Thank you.

Carpet wasn't as clean as I expected . Especially the stairs.
