We have had our carpets cleaned several times by Zerorez and each time has been great. The carpets feel brand new. Robert Keith has been the technician that has cleaned our carpets each time. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I have recommended Zerorez to all of my friends and coworkers.

I have contracted with Zerorez for over 9 years now for all of my cleaning requirements. I started working with them for the obvious carpet needs but soon realized that they do hard floor / ceramic tile surfaces, upholstery and leather restoration. Their staff is incredible! They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would never use anyone but Zerorez and I always recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for being the company that you say you are. You're the best!!!

Carpets were very clean however they were very wet. I was told they'd be dry in 6-8 hours but the area rugs were not. They were left on wood floors.
