I have heard since having my carpet cleaning that my neighbor was given a bottle of spot cleaner when his house was done about 9 months ago and I would love to get some too when my friend, Leisa Ensworth has her carpets done soon. I have older carpeting in the home I rent. I only get them cleaned once a year. They are pretty dirty. Always come out cleaner than expected and the staff are always professional and courteous.

No chemicals, on time, and professional employees. It was a great experience and our carpets / brick entry way look amazing. Jason was very knowledgable and gave us suggestions on how to keep our carpets clean.

What i like about is that my carpet is so clean and no smell of any chemicals , dries easily(just overnite). Its a bit pricey but i think
Its worth it definitely will call again for another service.

My wife has allergies. Previous cleanings were odor free. In this recent cleaning the cleaning fluid had a mild citrus odor. The man cleaning the carpet tried his best to use a mild, in terms of citrus odor, cleaning.

I would appreciate it if you had an odor-free cleaning fluid.

Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone conversation to the gentleman that did such a marvelous job cleaning our carpets, was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. This stands out in a world where customer service seems to have largely become extinct. Our carpets look fantastic, and it was clear that the result was important to the worker who did the job. His name is Daniel, and I will probably request him for the next cleaning.
