What do you like about our products and services?

I appreciated the walk through where I could give my concerns to our Zerorez man especially some very soiled areas and my stairs. He was very knowledgeable and explained how zerorez works. The service was excellent and our concerns were fully addressed

What do you like about our products and services?

Robert Keith is amazing. This is the third time that Robert has cleaned my carpets. He goes up & beyond each and every time he services my home. I cannot tell you how very much I appreciate all that he does. I will be honest and tell you that my first experience with Zerorez was not good and I would have never used your company again except that I saw Robert cleaning my neighbors carpets about 4 years ago. He was so nice and went out of his way with my neighbors so I gave your company another opportunity. So glad I met him that day!!!

I heard an ad for Zerorez on KFI-640 that 2 rooms will be $139.00 and I was charged more.

Service person David was throrough and very friendly but professional. Took time to make sure things were done right.

He did mention some added on fees that were not mentioned over the phone. The extra fees for treatment if the carpet hadn't been cleaned in 6 months need to be mentioned over the phone when the appointment is made so the service person is not suprising you with them.

Brian, the tech was so pleasant to talk with and have in my home. He worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I find this to be true of your service people...they are prompt, friendly, hard working and I believe in your cleaning system.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The price I was quoted over the ph was not what I ended up paying. I was really specific at trying to describe the size of the areas. I was informed that zero res is not stingy with respect to "exact"square footage. It turns out you are. You should either come out and measure before making promises.
