I like the non-toxicity of the products because I have a pet cat. The service technician was very knowledgeable, very professional, very honest about recommending a time interval for my next carpet cleaning, and really appreciated the preparation that I had done prior to his arrival by spending that little extra time and effort at my home. I am looking forward to my home's next carpet cleaning whereby I will entrust ZEROREZ with the cleaning of my treasured all wool, hand crafted, hand knotted, and dyed, and newly purchased Persian master piece.

It was quick and efficient . The tech was clean and personable , and my carpet is still soft !! I liked that my carpet dryed quickly and was not saturated. He also cleaned my sectional. The only thing I thought was the furniture prices were a bit expensive for as little work that it took.
No chemicals used and carpet is very clean when finished. Doesn't get dirty as fast.
Because there is no soap used or left behind I only have to have my carpets cleaned once or twice a year. I have two small kids and very light colored carpet. My carpet is eight years old, but looks amazing after every cleaning. Additional services can be pricey, but it's worth it.

Show up on time. At least within the window of time that they are scheduled to arrive. I have used zerorez for the past 10 years. This is the first time where they were 2.5 hours late,and where I was not happy with the job. Il plan to call tomorrow and speak with a rep . Of zerorez

Professional and dependable. Robert is an excellent technician and quality person. I am disappointed you no longer accept American Express in payment of services rendered. Your charges are high, there is no question of that. It would make it possible for us to have you continue cleaning our carpets, rugs and furniture if you accepted American Express. I have received several reminders that you do not accept AE since the cleaning last week. I will send a check this week for payment in full.

Brian was great; your product is great...but u lost 20 potential customers on my street due to truck noise. My carpets look great and I would have u back if this truck noise problem gets fixed and can be verified. Literally people were traumatized by 1/2 hour of this noise. Have a neighbor who has been to Iraq and he said it sounded just like war time...received multiple calls and texts from neighbors freaking out. Brian explained about the silencer being broken; but I also had a neighbor who was going to call the police. This is really too bad as you have a superior product on the market...I can't believe that you would put your technicians in this situation...talk about workers comp when their hearing becomes poor...invest in fixing your rigs immediately!
I wish you could figure out a way to clean the edges of the carpet. I have a light carpet and the edges get dirty over time and I end up cleaning them with a brush and a spray bottle of Folex carpet cleaner.
No soap or chemicals. Prompt, accommodating helpful and a fantastic job.I can't believe my older carpet looks so good. Marcel did an awesome job, I will tell my friends about him.

I am very impressed with how clean the carpet came. Previous cleaners said our carpet was graying from age. But with Zerorez it looks fabulous worth the extra cost.
We have had the same workers for the past three or four times. They do a good job and they are very courteous.
I did not expect the cleaning to come out so good and stay clean. None of the stains came back and I would recommend your service to any one.

The cleaning of the carpet appears top quality. It is only 3 days after the cleaning, but the carpet looks great. It was a nice touch to provide shoe covers for us. A suggestion would be to provide a couple of pairs in case they break.
