I like that is is non toxic. But I missed the fresh scent usually left behind for a few days.
I did not like that when the tech showed up I was charged an extra fee for my hall way and my vanity in my master bedroom. I had not paid extra for this before. My entire home is 800sf it took 45 min to complete my carpet areas. This really should have been explained when I set up the appointment. The Tech was more than accomidating and workded with me and I DO NOT hold him responsible for the mis comunication.
We were amazed at the difference in our carpet. We have had carpets cleaned many times and this was the 1st time that I felt it was completely clean and like new.
Our carpets were very clean and the service was great, but the carpets felt stiff and crispy when they dried and not soft. We are withholding judgment until we see how the carpets hold up.

We are a large physical therapy office and have a lot of foot traffic. We were getting our carpets cleaned every 3 months and the old stains were coming back quickly. Once we switched to zerorez the carpets look great and by the second cleaning stayed clean for about 6 months - and with each additional cleaning they look better and better and we can go a bit longer.
Dave was professional and worked to get the job done. Unfortunately, the pet urine was not completely removed and someone else had to come out and try again. He also couldn't remove it. I was disappointed as I called immediately after the incident happened and yet Zerorez couldn't get to me for 3 days and then couldn't get it out.
The tile that was cleaned looks fantastic! I would definitely rate a 10 on that job well done.
The technician sent to us was very professional. He did a great job, and I really appreciated the fact that he put bumpers over the corners of our walls so his machine would not bump into them.
I'm so sorry I am just getting around to doing this but have to say that both my daughter(who I had her rugs done) absolutely love your company! It's the best! She was so impressed that she recommended you to her boss. Thank you!

The cleaning was excellent. Also the technician did give me a phone call estimating the time and it was accurate.
Cleans so well, no soap left behind to leave the carpet stiff. Your technician I had clean the carpets was an expert and very thorough and made sure I was happy when he was done. I was very happy!!
