Ease of making an appointment. 48 hour confirmation Trained technicians, courteous and professional. Always happy with the finished product whether it is clean carpets or linoleum. Anxious to try the tile/grout cleaning service.

First, we really like the work that Brett does. He's a great asset to your company. My only suggestion for ZeroRez's improvement would be that the carpet is left very damp and I wish there were some way that the water could be better extracted so that you wouldn't have the LONG drying time to contend with. My carpets look great! The technician Tom arrived on time and did a fabulous job. I loved that he left booties for my family. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to my friends and neighbors. I'm so glad I heard the ad on Christian radio-the FISH 95.9.
I am completely 100% satified with the work. He made sure to move the chairs, trash cans, etc to clean underneath instead of working around them. He left the carpet looking new. He completed the job in a timely manner. I would defintely call Zerorez again.
