My floor is dingy ,sticky,and dirty looking after it was cleaned and I was told it was because it was wet. That was yesterday and ur is still that way today.it would help if you came back to fix the problem.

I like the pure steam cleaning method--I like knowing that there are no cleansers on my carpets and they are clean and sanitized.

You do great work, but customer service issues, logistics, broken equipment, blaming from the top down and other drama makes it not worth it.

Carpet is left clean and with not particular smells.
Service is straight-forward with no selling involved.

The technician used 'the claw' in a few areas. Wherever he did, there are now darker and bigger spots than if they had been left alone. I now have large 'rings' around areas that were once only small spots. Not good. Can this be fixed?

Thourough cleaning....timely arrival...friendly and helpful people....however the carpet was much to wet this time and took about 4 days to dry...
