How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hi, we used your service back in September or so and were very happy with everything. We have two dogs and the dog smell in our carpets was really improved. This time I just don't think it did anything in fact my office actually seems worse, more like wet dog now. I get stuffed up in here ever since the service and didn't before. We can't shut our bedroom doors without the dog smell becoming bad. Is it possible the cleaning was done incorrectly or without the cleaning agent? I don't know but the reality is that what worked so well in Sept did nothing this time. Cleaning the carpets has always worked on the smell except this time...

Zerorez was at my house at the time they said they would arrive. The technician was friendly, helpful, professional, went "above and beyond" to do the job well. The carpet came cleaner than I thought it ever would!

Jorge is a very detailed and friendly employee. He wanted to make sure we were happy with all of his work. He took his time and explained everything to us in grea detail. We couldn't be more happy with his level of customer support. He was great and we always ask for him.

I like the fact that there is no chemical residue. My husband has allergies and I have four cats and I like knowing that there is nothing in the carpet to hurt them. Plus I love the person (Larry) who comes out. He is so nice and friendly. I always look forward to seeing him.
