First off, I'm so glad you sent a feedback request because I want to tell you how much we enjoyed having Zerorez. Chris, the tech, was extremely knowlegeable, polite and the hardest working tech I have ever seen. Customer service was top notch and the carpets and couch are beautiful. I can honestly say, that having other carpet cleaning companies come over a 8 year period, I'm so sorry I didn't start with Zerorez. We will not have any other company clean our carpets and couches except Zerorez.

This is the best carpet cleaning method yet. My wife and I both have asthma and allergies and there is no musty smell or any sticky residue on the carpet and better yet none on our feet as we walk around our house barefoot. I had 2 rooms with 20 year old carpet and it has not looked that good since we bought our house. Thanks you very much and Mark did a great job. We have some other items we need you folks to come back and clean.....will be in touch.

cleans and dry quickly

This was my first experience using zerorez after being impressed by the commercials touting no chemical use. The technician was prompt, confirmed the areas to be cleaned, which furniture I wanted moved, and got right to work. I had two hallways and the living room cleaned ... all were done in about an hour. It's been almost a week and there are no bleed through stains ... the carpet is still as beautiful as it was just after the technician left.

I think the techician was very thorough with explaining what he was going to do and then did a great job with the follow through. I am very pleased with the results. So far, the carpets look great even with my boys and 2 dogs. I am happy that the Bill Handel recommendation turned out for the best. Thanks a lot. First name removed K

Upon selling other areas of service a price needs to be given instead of "I'll make you a really good deal" explain the deal and the savings in $. Its only a good deal if the customer can afford the service, a "good deal" to one isn't always a good deal to the other.

So far the quality of work has been outstanding though. I wouldn't have had the extra work done at this time if I had known the total cost of the up sells from the start.

The two sofas that you cleaned didn't really look clean. I complained and the person came back....and guess what....the sofa arms finally were cleaned. Unfortunately he didn't do the rest of the sofas so, altho I paid a premium price for your service, they still don't look clean. I was/am very disappointed in your service.

the carpet looks very clean. At this point much better than any other company I've used in teh past. Since in the past, the dirty spots have returned, I'm waiting to see if the spots return after the Zerorez cleaning.

For some reason my carpet is not as soft as it use to be before I got the treatment done. My stains however are gone. The carpet feels and looks very clean

I found all representatives to be courteous and to arrive on time.The work was quick, clean and favorably priced. Some stains in high traffic areas did not come out but that was probably unavoidable and I will likely have you back before the end of the year. The whole experience was easy and comfortable and without chemical odors.

Service person was prompt, professional & efficient. No extra sales pitch. He explained the process and showed me how much dirt was extracted. I was amazed. He also explained what stains would NOT come out so I wouldn't be surprised. Cost more than other companies but you pay for what service I received. I like that Zerorez is ALL natural, no chemical, therefore non-toxic to people, pets and the environment. I am the office manager of an oilfield construction company and our carpet is pretty old and had alot of old product in it from cleaning past pet indiscretions from all the adopted dogs we've brought in throughout the years. Grease and oil is also prominent around the business here, unfortunately, so it occassionally gets tracked onto the office carpets as well. Numerous different products have been used to try to clean and remove stains with not a lot of luck. When I heard about Zerorez on KFI640AM, I couldn't wait to call and schedule the appointment. I drink alkaline water and use it to clean my house, so why not the carpets as well, makes sense to me. I have to tell you that the carpets look so much better than they did and the office even smells better. We still have old product in the carpet but with a couple more cleanings, we should be looking much better. Zerorez saved us from spending money on replacing this carpet when we really couldn't afford to with this economy crunch. Thank you Zerorez for cleaning the RIGHT way.

Firt it actually cleaned my carpets. The spots have not returned yet and my carpet still looks fresh. When he was done my carpet looked new, and I was wondering if it was time to replace the carpet. My man was quick, through and very neat. A real pleasure, this is the second home I have used Zerorez at and will always use them and recomend them.

I have a stain that has returned. It is one that I paid extra for. I was guaranteed someone would come and redo it. Is that the truth or not
