What could we do to improve?

All of the carpet was cleaned really well except for a 2x2 area in front of the bathroom. The man was very polite and protected my walls and laminate floors from the hoses.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Found results to be somewhat spotty in traffic areas--disappointing. I would give the technician a 10--polite and helpful.

What do you like about our products and services?

i have been using Zerorez for several years and have recommended Zerorez to friends and family.
the service men are always friendly and thorough. my carpets come out looking cleaner than other types of carpet cleaners. also the carpeting does not attract dirt due to the special process.

What could we do to improve?

The technician dumped the used water tank in the street in front of my driveway, discoloring it. We've hosed it down and it still looks like a large stain. I was surprised by this.

It's the best and stays cleaner much longer than any other. your agent "Albert" was most helpful and very courtious. He took the time to instruct us regarding our carpet maintinance and future care. I would recommened Zerorez and Albert, bothe greatest.

What could we do to improve?

Your service truck is extremely loud and in fact one of our neighbors surprised and shocked us by walking clear into our open front door all the way to our master bedroom to complain about the noise.

You have the BEST technicians! Robert was out this past Sat. He is my new hero and I will be asking for him when we have Zerorez come out again.

I also like that the products are environmentally friendly and not harsh or toxic.

The carpet that I had cleaned is a very light color that was extremely dirty. I was abel to watch how zerorez removed all the dirt. It was amazing.

You arrive on time, you do a great job and it doesn't take all day. Also, the carpets dry very quickly. You are incredible. Never met Dennis before. He was terrific.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Scheduling was a joke. After it was told to me that the truck could not make it. I was also told that I had to wait one week for an appointment. Even after I explained that my house was upside down and I was ready for the carpet to be cleaned. The next day when the man arrived mind you outside the time frame given to me but in the end the work was good. Just the office people need some help to deal with people.

The technician, Dennis Kennedy, was very pleasant. He explained everything to us and made some very helpful suggestions. The carpet look better now than when it was installed. The area carpet looks great too.The tile cleaning is fantastic. Very please with the work and service.
