How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The stains are already back, I expected better results for the price paid; the techs were professional and polite although a little too pushy on the "extras" available.

No residue, carpet is softer, you brought life back to 10 year old carpeting and we now don't need to replace it. Safe for our cat too!

What do you like about our products and services?

Not only am I always satisfied with they way my carpets and rugs come out, the associates are always on time, always so professional and accomidating. They always put things back where they were if they needed move them to clean, and they always make sure to clean up befoere they leave. I will never use any other carpet cleaning service now that I have used Zerorez.

AMAZING AMAZING how your miracle water cleaned my dirty carpet. My carpet is a light silver gray color. It looks so brand new and pretty again, I don't want to walk on it. My parents need their carpet cleaned. I will definitely have Zerorez clean their carpet and only by Ricky. His professionalism and knowledge is impecable. Thank you Zerorez!! I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I am not a "Green" freak that being said I hate having sudsy chemicals in my carpets. I love the fact that there is zerorez. Besides Bill Handle said I had to use you.

It is like our carpet was new again. Clean, not sticky, the pile is up and feels very much like it was when we first purchased it. The color is so greatly improved also. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we love the results.

The Appointment was set up for 11a.m. and he arrived at about 1:20. Of course I didn't get all the things done that I had planned for that day.

What could we do to improve?

I won't be able to really evaluate the cleaning until after several months. The appeal of Zerorez was the claim that zero residue would lead to less dirt being "attracted" to the carpet. We'll have to wait a few months to see how it goes.

What do you like about our products and services?

I am VREY sensitive to chemical smells and had not cleaned my carpet for a long time due to becoming sick when I did. A friend invited me to her house during a Zerorez carpet cleaning and there was no offending smell (and the carpet was really clean too!). My carpets now look great! I've already set up an appointment for next year.
