Does a great job cleaning and getting out the tough spots in our carpet.
LOVE Brett, love that he's always on time or early, he is thorough and cleans up all the water afterwards, he's super nice to my family, respectful of my house, and does a fantastic job with a great attitude. Oh, and love the product also - non-toxic is all I do so I wouldn't consider anything that's not non-toxic, fast-drying, and no soapy residue to attract dirt. Your company rocks!!! You put all other carpet and upholstery cleaners to shame. I have mentioned you guys to several friends and associates.

Prompt, on time, professional. Sam - the tech was genial, informative and did a very thorough job. Carpet looks good after drying. See you again in a few months. I think the overall cost is just a bit high for such a small house and the actual area being treated. Maybe next time this can be addressed. Thank you!

It cleans the carpets well in a green healthy way
The carpet was left much wetter this time compared to the previous time. The technician said he had to apply a large amount of water to get the carpet clean, but I don't think the carpet was more dirty this time, and it isn't any cleaner this time. I think this may point out a limitation of the process where the only way to do a more effective cleaning job is to apply more water. In comparison using a combination of water plus agitation may achieve more cleaning with less water.
My service man was prompt,timely and professional. Any question I asked was answered confidently. I appreciated the pre service email of prep hints.

I can't address your products as I have never used them. Your service was first rate in that my carpets and upholstered furniture look good as new.
The guys are prompt and call ahead. Work very hard and take me through the house to show me everything they have done.
We use your company mainly for carpet cleaning. The carpets stay cleans longer. Your techs are very professional. The past 3 times we had Livingston clean our carpets and we will continue to request him.

I have used Zerorez many times and been very happy with the results. I've recommended it to family and friends. However, this time, many of the "spots" were not removed and area rugs were badly cleaned. I would appreciate someone coming back to redo some of the work.

The quality of the product. The carpets look good for a long time. I have used other companies and the carpets look good only for a short time. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable.
I like the fact that chemicals aren't used and the carpets really clean up so nicely. And the technician that cleaned our rugs, George, was awesome. He answered all my questions, explained clearly how everything works and what our options were and was very personable. Great job!
