I have used Zero Rez multiple times I have been more than satisfied This recent visit for 3 bedrooms area rug was again excellent service The technician was very thorough in explaining what he recommended given the condition of the carpets (after renting). Just want to say I knew I would spend more than the base price. For me the additional upgrades were well worth it. They now do carpet stretching and I’m making another appointment.

Braeden was the best - "what can I do" - offered advice on the best way to clean our area carpet - explained the choices. Friendly! Our carpet looks brand new!!
Cleaned nicely without being soaked

While the stairs and furniture came out okay, the living room carpet, in areas that weren’t high traffic areas seem worse

To make it right would mean a return trip to find out why it looks that way and to do it over.
Professional work of technicians
Great job as usual. Sol, the technician who clean my carpet was very professional and pleasant. This time, I also had my tiles cleaned and he did a fantastic job.
Mekal did a great job. He was on time and cleaned my carpets perfectly. He was thorough and made sure everything was done to my expectations.
I was charged $35 for biological something but was not told anything about that service nor did I agree to it
I felt that the technician did a good job but I also felt that you’re just like any other carpet cleaning company

No residue and safe for pets. Also techs are always so skilled and know their trade. Travis said he loved what he does when I told him what a great job he does and it shows! A pleasure to have in my home. Very respectful and personable. I highly recommend.
Arrived on time and was quick and very professional. Broke down and explained how long it would take, what services he can provide for me and did a really good job. Definitely using this service again in the future.
Not a lot of water used on carpet
Simply the best. Michael and Daniel handled our job and did so with utmost professionalism and skill. These guys know what they’re doing. Tile, carpets, and rugs all done same day and absolutely perfectly. We wouldn’t even think about calling somebody else.

It had been 5 years since we bought a new couch and loveseat for our living room and having 2 dogs meant that there was worked in dirt and stains. I contacted ZeroRez because I needed a professional cleaning but without the normal soap residue left behind by other cleaners. They came out within the service window, and even called before showing up. It was obviously a difficult job, but the finished product was beyond my expectations. Both love seat and sofa looked almost brand new, and was soft to the touch. He even cleaned up so there little water to dry off. This was the best professional cleaning service I have ever experienced and will not hesitate to contract with them again.
After thoroughly researching the company, the services they offer and other reviews I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
