Great customer service. Did a great job on the carpet and tile.
After a sudden job relocation, I was left with a carpet and tile nightmare. Selling after years of pet and kids stains and odors, we thought of new but wallet said “No”. Then I heard of Zerorez and when they told me if it didn’t look like new when they were done I would not pay . Money well spent!!! Even realtor genuinely surprised. You can’t even tell there were 3 kids, 7 dogs, 2 turtles & fish. Excellent!!

Service and how clean the carpet was.
Our carpet looks great! Ben the commercial rep came to help remedy our situation and worked out a plan for our company. The service Technician, Rob, was on time, called me and such a pleasant guy. He's knows his work and very helpful with suggestions when I asked. Zerorez will now be part of our company's service group to maintain our flooring. I will also use them in my home.
