The advertisement that got us to go back to Zerorez after an awful experience is very misleading. The original deal was three rooms for $89.00. We expected to pay extra for the pet treatment and for the cleaning of a few steps.
When the Technician and his trainee arrived, suddenly the quote was over $400.00. Granted the Master bedroom is oversized but it is still only ONE room which was partially filled with oversize furniture thereby reducing the overall area to be cleaned by one third. My wife and I had cleared the smaller items from the room prior to the technician's arrival. We negotiated a price of $190.00 (partially offset by waiving the 100SF of "FREE" tile cleaning.) but it was still $70.00 more than we were expecting to pay. Basically, he wore us down as we NEEDED to have the carpets cleaned for an impending family function..
The work was done well and both the Tech and his trainee were very pleasant and performed Journeyman work. The "bait and switch" tactic is what we object to. Tech and trainee: 9.0 - Zerorex: 6.5

The floors were not cleaned that great. There is still a lot of dirt in cracks and in the grout yet we paid for a grout sealer. We are very disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in our office. We did request a manger call back and or visit. Still waiting for the call or visit.
The team that cam to my house on 1/9/18 was awesome. Nice, efficient and personable. Have used your services a few times and while I do not have carpet in my new house I would never hesitate to recommend!!

We had zerorez out in Nov. for cleaning air ducts including the dryer air duct plus grout cleaning and sealing. Last month they came out for carpet cleaning. Again a great job. Juan and Anthony again were very professional and helpful. Carpets look great. Thanks guys.
