The technicians were great. We are still smelling urine in the area that we had the extensive treatment done. The room has been heavily ventilated but no change in odor.
Zerorez doesn't use chemicals, which is very important to our family since we have a toddler.
The appointment went well enough, but today as the carpets are dry, they look spotty, like there are still dirty areas on the carpet.

I felt like your email invitation for services was misleading and confusing. We were expecting to get the sofa cleaned as a free gift, but a quote of $300 was given.
I was very satisfied with the service I received yesterday, Justin and Bernard worked hard and did exactly as they'd promised and I am pleased with them and what they did. If I was just grading on their visit I alone would have scored them as a 10.....however last year I was not at all pleased or happy with the service provided by another technician. At that time, he used so much water on my carpets that we had to keep the ceiling fans on for three days and nights before they were no longer damp. I had used Zerorez when we lived in another state and had been happy, however after having my carpets cleaned here I didn't want your technicians cleaning my carpets ever again. Justin re-did the carpet yesterday and it was dry within 3 hours, so it can be done..........
