The only problem i had with the service it take the carpet so long to dry. I am Chem-Dry customer and has been for more the 15 years and one of the good thing that i liked about Chem-Dry cleanings was the carpet was completely dry in 2-4 hours.
We have used you in the past and we’re extremely happy with everything, this time it seemed like the guy who came just wanted to get it done as quick as possible and get out. I explained to him that I know the carpets are bad and there are stains that are not going to come out, it seems he took that as a sign to rush through and areas that were just dirty bit not stained look like they weren’t even cleaned. I am very disappointed in the service this time.
The traffic area wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, but he worked hard and was very pleasant, so perhaps it was as clean as I could expect.
I was very impressed with Zerorez for their choice in representatives. I flagged Chris Deak down on the street in the cleaning van to inquire about a small carpet problem I had. He was kind and took his time in answering my questions. When I booked, he and his associate showed up on time and were very professional. They did an amazing job, were quick, efficient and personable. I asked some questions about my sofa (it has an odd fabric) if it needs brightening in the future I will trust them to take care of it.
I would recommend Chris and Bernard to anyone, and will. Thanks for hiring them!

He came right on time. Everything was explained about the carpet and tile cleaning.The carpet when finished looked like new. We are very happy with the results!
Carlos also cleaned our 10 year old tile in the kitchen. It is a much lighter, the grout is rust not brown. Very happy with the results to.

I had 4 area rugs that needed to be cleaned! I was charged $176 when all four of them atill wouldn’t cover the whole floor in the master bedroom. If i had carpet in the master bedroom and asked for the clay baker special...i would have gotten the room cleaned for $39 how can i be charged so much money for an 8x10 5x7 & 2 sm 4x6 rugs. The cost of what i paid for 3 of the rugs didn’t even total the price to clean them. Michael who cleaned them was very courteous showed up on time. Nothing against him and his professionalism.
I was surprised at how much it was to clean a couch.

Very satisfied with Ben and Guy. Seemed very knowledgeable. Got right to work, did a great job. This was the 1st time I use Zerorez and will see if the carpet stays okay. Have had dirty wear patterns show quickly following other cleaners.
