Although we were fairly satisfied with the cleaning for the price we paid we still did not think that it was any better than any other cleaning we have had done. The tech was very friendly and nice. I still have not received a receipt which the tech said would be E-mailed to me.

My carpet looks brand new. Every stain was removed. I used a carpet professional last year and there is no comparison of the results and the cost was the same. My son recommended zerorez and i have already shown one of my neighbors what a great job your techs did. This is such high praise it may not sound sincere, but I am just a paying customer and i couldn't be more sincere. So happy my son shared his good experience with me, as i will never use another carpet cleaning company.

The gentlemen who did me carpets were very nice and professinal, and my carpets never looked so good almost like new, i have had carpets cleaned about 10 times in my life and never had them done this good.

The carpets came out great! The service rep who came out and cleaned the carpets was knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant. He did an awesome job on the carpets. My only issue with the cleaning was how expensive it ended up being. Living in Las Vegas, the black asphalt gets tracked all through the house from shoes. It cost me an extra $100 to have a power clean in 3 high traffic areas as I was told it wouldn't come out otherwise. I just thought that was a bit much and would have liked to have known that ahead of time. I think this should be something mentioned on the phone when making an appointment as I am sure I am not the only person who had this issue with my carpets. However, the service was great and the carpet looks fantastic.

In addition to the carpet that looks great, the company was very accommodating. I had to cancel and reschedule, and they made it very easy. I also liked the bonus of having a 10 x 10 section of grout cleaned.

I was very happy with the 2 gentlemen that came out to clean our carpet. They did a great job.
However when I was told approximately $126, plus fuel plus hallway I realized it would probably be a little higher but not $100 plus.
The guys that came over yesterday were different than the ones that did my house about 2 months ago, but I figured service would be the same. Initially, of the guys argued the quote that I was given and even began to call one of your reps to pretty much prove that I was wrong. I then showed him an email as proof and he swiftly hung up the phone. It's annoying to have to start the service off with tension. Super unprofessional. It could've been handles differently. I let it go though. Then the same rep requesting a "better" water hose because the one I had in my front yard was old. I asked him why they needed it since they didn't last time, he then said, because we ran out of water. Luckily, I had an extra one in my garage. I'm sure that they would've cancelled my appointment otherwise. Still, I kept my cool. I'm writing this review, however, because the service I received this time was by far worse than the last time you company came over. They rushed, and the end results show. My area rug was washed, but the lines show that it wasn't done very well. You can clearly see where it was washed and where it wasn't. Also, my bedroom/living room carpet was much dirtier the first time your company came around, but they did much better then. This time it looks like they just vacuumed. Last thing, they swapped out the water hose when they were done, but left it laying out. I had it in a hose reeler, and I had to put it back, which they should have done.
No soapy residue. Carpets look and smell new. Technician was very thorough, friendly and explained the process completely. We always use ZeroRez for carpet cleaning.
