We are a returning customer of zerorez. We are extremely pleased with the engineer who came to our home.He was very pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done.
Was very satisfied with the service.Arrived when said they would and didi an outstanding job on carpets and tile.
Ed is very professional, respectful and efficient. He takes time to explain what is being done. Tanner is as well, professional and respectful. The work done is wonderful, makes us feel better now that our place had been cleaned thoroughly. The work is done earlier than expected. Kudos to Zerorez for having employees like Ed and Tanner; they're asset to the company. I will definitely used their services again and will highly recommend them. Thank you very much, job excellently done.

You stated $89 for 3 rooms. I had about 3-1/2 rooms which you charged for which is fine $35 for stain resistance per room plus $8 for gas mileage (which is ridiculous). Total of$192. Way too much. Also, one small guy came. My husband held the cord while he worked. He also moved some of the furniture himself. The carpet never dried for about 7 hours. Will never use your service again. We did not move couches, etc. just small tables and chairs which as I stated my husband moved.
Certain spots we're taking off but I expected them to all go away so I had to ask if he could go over them but I think he should have tried his best if a few of them went away there's three spots that didn't so I felt like he needed to do them again but he didn't and for what he did it's two little bathrooms saying it was a room I just was surprised I am having two more rooms done maybe next week but I hope he can fix those spots when he comes I will surely would appreciate it
The gentlemen that came to my house yesterday were so professional and thorough!! They cleaned by stone floors in my bathrooms and all of my wool throw rugs. my home looks brand new!!! Love Zerorez!!!
Overall I am happy with the service. The only negative thing I had was when I said I didn't want to spend more money to pay for coating, your staff said " are you that broke? You worked for xxx hotel!"
Just because a person doesn't want to spend money on something, doesn't mean the person is broke.
Please train your staff to be careful on voicing their opinions on things other than about carpet cleaning business.
Chris arrived on time and did a great job. Are light-colored carpets look like new. Pet smells are gone! We are very pleased and Chris was very pleasant and professional

Spend more time trying to remove stains.
Nov 30, 2017 your technician moved a plate glass topped parsons table leaving it in such a precarious position that the top crashed to the floor breaking into several pieces. You are getting a bad referral because management was unwilling to help compensate the loss. And told me, the client, that I was lying!
You need to apologize to me and my wife and offer some sort of compensation for our loss.

Carlos did a fantastic job on our carpets. He explained in detail the processes and recommended the protectant, which we did. We were very pleased with our carpets and stairs afterward. We will definitely call Zerorez again. And ask for Carlos!
