I received excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and personable. Every room that was cleaned came out beautiful and my area rug, which is wool, looks amazing. I will have Chris come back out in the near future to do more cleaning. I’m sure I will never use any other company for my cleaning services.

Carpet dries quickly and no residue.
I called for the 3 room special 30 per room. Tech arrived took a look and it would be 215.00 Never talking about the 30 per room. I understand there were pet stains and the higher price but I would have liked to been offered an explanation of what the 30 per room would have gotten me. I felt as though I was upsold and he was working on commish.
I asked about the two free gifts. He said I only get one. I checked your add after he left and it said two.
This was my 3rd time using you.

The service techs were very nice and informative. The odor from the spot cleaner is pretty strong, so there needs to be good ventilation to let the areas air out.
The carpet cleaner called to see if he could come early and I agreed. He was very polite and efficient and was in and out in no time.

I was overcharged. I was charged for 2 rooms and 2 closets, when it should
have been 1 room and 2 closets.
If I had been given an invoice instead of paying and waiting for an email receipt
this would have been avoided.
I called, was put on hold for a few minutes then was told if I wanted ( I did)
my call would be returned. I left all the information. Didn't receive a call back.

The technicians were very kind, and they got a very nasty stain out of our carpet.
Based on service completed and small surface area cleaned, price is extremely high, in my opinion. I will do price comparison the next time I need such service.

I was told that I would only take 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. It wasn't dry even in 6 hours, so I had to sleep in another room.
Scott Gentry advertises 3 rooms for $89. I was charged $200.00
The young man who did the work was very nice and respectful, but he pulled his hoses through my decorative rocks and spread them in my driveway and on my sidewalk and left them that way. He also scratched my hardwood floor. I didn't report that because my hardwood floor is over 10 years old and has many scratches, but someone else won't be so forgiving.

The guys that came to do the work were great. They explained everything and I feel like I definitely got a fair deal. There is a very noticeable difference in my carpets after they left and I’m happy with the results. They were very knowledgeable and they did everything they said they were going to do and more.
