Your reg cleaning was great but I had to have the wood floors after as the bottom of his shows must (shoes) must have gotten wet

First of all the carpet was cleaned with a half assed attitude. The doors weren’t opened, and if there was a chair in the way there was no effort to work around them. I moved all the “light” furniture so they could maneuver around it easily. But there was no effort. Like seriously. The guy couldn’t be bothered to move the 3 lb chair three inches to get behind it even after I was able to arrange it so that he could easily get to the back of the chair. I called for this “special” because I was so pleased after the last experience I had with zeroeez, even waited for the same “special” the carpet specialists was so professional , knowledgeable, and courteous. I fell in love .. even after the TWO previous services I had with zeroeez. HOWEVER, I wasn’t able to be home thorough out the service this time so I’m not sure if it was due to my young (30 year old daughter) being home at the time or what... but the Service I received was sub par to say ether least. The carpet was left with some akward spray spots throughout the entire house and the 50x2 sq ft of tile ended up to be 6 12x 12 time. 🤦🏼♀️Whereas the last time I received 50 sq ft of time, which actually consisted of my whole kitchen. The service tech that I received this time really ruined it for me. Sorry zerorez. I’m not sure I’ll ever call back. Even after I thought you were the best In Town!

The cleaning was thorough, no chemicals or residual odor. The service technician, David Garcia was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez product/service and provided a wonderful service. We are completely satisified.
Called Zerorez for their 3 room carpet cleaning special...ended up getting our tile cleaned and grout sealed, too. Sure we were upsold, but we were very happy with the work Brian and Bernard did. They didn't rush the job and took care to protect our walls edges from getting damaged by the hoses. Brian also did a great job on our staircase carpet. We will definitely hire them again.
