Guy to clean my carpet did a great job, however he didn’t offer the pet odor removal
I really think it would help the rep if there was a brush that went up along the carpet edge. I was a little disappointed in the dark line along my base boards. He found a brush in the truck and manually tried to get it clean with some success. If vacuum cleaners can make an attachment for baseboards why can't carpet cleaners? Also I still haven't received my receipt from my credit card payment.

1. When I called to schedule, I asked how long the process would take. The agent told me 1 hour.
2. When the tech arrived, I asked him the same question, and he stated 40 minutes.
3. I went and ran 2 errands, came back with 45 minutes, and the tech was sitting in his truck waiting. I asked how long he was waiting, he advised 30 minutes, or more.
4. This means, either he was lying, or the process took him about 15-20 minutes to complete.
5. Later, I checked my voicemail, and a representative from your office (female) left a very strongly worded message. The context of her voice was threatening. For example, "THE AGENT WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU PAY HIM".
6. This implies lack of integrity on my part. I am a retired military officer who possess more integrity in my pinky that all you collectively. I categorically resent that voicemail.
Price is way too high.

Chris was on time and did a great job. He kept me informed every step of the way as he tried to remove a paint stain from the carpet.

Zac called and arrived early. He and his co-worker did a great job cleaning my carpets. When I asked for an estimate for cleaning my tile he quickly measured, gave me an estimate, and said since they were ahead of schedule they could do the job right then. My tile is now clean and the grout hasn't looked this good since it was new. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Zac for being prompt and professional. I also appreciated that they were careful not to let the dog out.

Both the service and the results were excellent.
We had a budget for a certain amount but it was 100 over that amount. I was pleased but the bad areas that were done are showing up dirty again and it's only been a little over a week. For paying $262 This carpet should continue to sparkle.

The person that cleaned our carpet was very nice but he did a poor job on the carpet. This is our second time using your service the first time whomever cleaned the carpet did an excellent job and back then our carpet was much dirtier than this time. I wish the first guy could have come this time.

We appreciate Zerorez's method of cleaning carpets without soaps....We've been using them in our home for over 8 years. Spots do not come back as with other companies we've used in the past....Our carpet is over 8 years old and a very light color and, thanks to twoce a year cleaning by Zerorez it look awesome!
