Services was timely and professional. Although I feel the gentleman fast for deep cleaning to be effective, I have no way of comparing as this was my first time to use Zerorez. We only had one room cleaned.

Tell the cost upfront... Deodorizer fees, gas charge, hallway charge. My quote went from $145 on the phone to $192 and that didn't include any of the bedrooms as the phone quote did.

I had 900 sq ft. cleaned. Price is little high. Stairs cleaning price must be at least based on how condition is. Quality of the job was good.

The job inside went fine but the vehicle that Victor was driving leaks oil bad, i’m glad he didn’t park in my driveway.
I liked the workers assigned to my house. It is a larger house so I knew that it would cost more than the $200 quoted over the phone, but I thought there was a lot of hocus pocus with the various upsells and options available. I'm not sure that I got the right treatments for the $500 that I spent, in the six different rooms. Also a machine that was used was was working intermittently so that may have inhibited their ability to get the job done to its best level.
Of the six rooms there were only a couple of areas in two rooms that I think could have been cleaner- the master bedroom and the smaller "blue" bedroom. And only two small areas overall.
So to answer your specific question "would I refer?" The answer is yes but I would qualify that with "proceed with caution" as there is a pretty big gap between what is advertised and the best method and pricing to accomplish the goal of cleanest carpets possible.
Also it is a little tough to evaluate the job done until the treatments as the guys can't wait until the carpets set and dry. They did offer to come back and re-treat any areas. I thought that was cool.
So in summary, I would use Zero Res again I just think that the $500 that I paid was a very good premium for the company and for that I should have gotten the full treatment.
The techs were great. Efficient, pleasant, and quick. I appreciate the professionalism and service.
The associate was nice and I would give him a 10 on customer service. But the actual service/cleaning i’m giving a 0 i’m still looking at spots and dirty carpet less than 24 hours after the cleaning which wasn’t What I expected.
