Techs should be more aware of what special is. I felt like your advertised special did not matter. He would tell you what he determined it would be.

I feel that compared to competitors your company is the highest . I usually use Stanley Steamer or chem dry but last year I used your company and felt I got food deal. This year I was quoted around 234 to 250 but after techs got here it started at 321 and was able to go down to 286 but could only get scotch guard in two areas. I’m satisfied with the work and professionalism . But the other company’s are good as well in that area.

Carpet cleaning was excellent! Tile and grout cleaning was mediocre though.
Ryan, my service technician, was very professional and cleaned my carpeting and travertine tile efficiently and in a timely manner. The end result made my 16 year old carpeting and tile look like new.
